EMile Express:been really bad.

Didn’t I mention I bought a SafePal hardware wallet? After using it for a while, I found the battery died (at least that’s what I think). I contacted SafePal, and they agreed to send me a new one. It’s really frustrating, though. You never know when you might need a hardware wallet. This quality is just unacceptable.

But that’s not the main point today. The real issue is with eMile Express. SafePal shipped the replacement quickly, but once it reached Canada, eMile Express‘s delivery service was terrible. First, I saw that my package was marked as ‘out for delivery’ for several days. But it never arrived. Then, on Christmas Eve, after we got off work, they said they were going to deliver it. Are you serious?

Okay, let’s just go pick it up ourselves. What happened next? I went to their website, and wow, it’s so basic it feels like a knock-off. I couldn’t find the office address, and I couldn’t even find a phone number. After much searching, I finally found their online customer service: help.emileps.com. I had to rely on online inquiries.
